Saturday Lite Ride

It was the first Saturday of the New Year, a bright, brisk day. The Lite Riders met as usual at Kevin's for coffee. Jim was there but not riding. Finally someone asked about the ride. It was Lois, so she named a destination, the Mexican restaurant of La Jolla Colony Drive. Of course this suggestion was accepted by acclamation with Lois as the leader.

The group gets underway after a short bathroom stop.

Who is that leading the way?

There's the nominal leader.

Of course. Leading the way is the Octogenarian, Joan.

Closely followed by the nominal leader ;-)

Someone had recently marked the trail.

I thought I'd take a photo before they are marked up, in this case by a bird, or taken for souvenirs.
