Meander around RB

The Bull-A-Ton said, "We will tootle around 4S Ranch, attacking a few hills along the way, but it will be fun! Lunch will be mid-ride." I never saw anything to indicate 4S Ranch, Susan said I just wasn't paying attention. However, we did attack a few hills on our meander around Rancho Bernado. Lunch was at the Chicken Pie Diner after the ride. Suzie treated us to a dish of ice cream to celebrate 46 years of marriage to Stogs. Suzie told us the story of their meeting. You can get the full story from Suzie but I can tell you Stogs showed up for a blind date in a brand new Corvette. Could that have been persuasive? Ask Suzie.

One more question for Suzie. What is the difference between a tootle and a meander?
