There were 16 riders who showed up to leave Pine Valley, ride up Kitchen Creek to Sunrise Highway and slide back down to Pine Valley. This ride provides a wonderful downhill at the end of the ride. From Sunrise Highway one can coast all the way back to the start without pedaling once. The weather was great for the ride. It was sunny and cool. There was always a cool breeze and mostly it was from behind, very welcome riding up Kitchen Creek. |
