We got up this morning, knowing we wouldn't have to make breakfast. Breakfast was waiting for us at Cycle Quest, courtesy of Sharon and Eric Goodis, proprietors of that fine establishment. The Post Thanksgiving Ride, and the breakfast, was rained out on Friday so it was rescheduled for Saturday. And a fine day it was. The air was clear after the rain. It was refreshingly cool in the shade and warm enough in the sun. |
| After the fine breakfast we headed north on Sorrento Valley Road to Carmel Valley Road to Torrey Pines Road. The surf was up and surfers were loving it. |
| Most of the riders opted to ride up Torrey Pines hill on the road. These riders opted to go through the park. |
