It was Susan's annual Mother's Day ride. She made a special trip in from the desert to lead this ride.
It was a bit breezy as you can tell from the windbreakers.
After a group photo we were off to regroup at Mission Trails Park
From Mission Trails Park it was on to the sandwich shop for a sandwich and on to Santee Lakes Park .
The sky was clear over the park and it was beautiful.
With champagne, we toasted all the mothers and all the men who made them mothers. It was the same wine we toasted with last year when it was champagne but I guess it is no longer champagne. We have bowed to the French and just call it sparkling wine.
After lunch, back through the park.
