| It was Belle Jour until Lois volunteered to lead. It was supposed to be a hot day. I think Lois just wanted to be sure we stayed close to the coast, just speculating. |
| We met at the east De Anza Cove parking lot, a three minute ride from where we often meet, north of the Visitor's Center. That's become a misnomer. It is no longer an active visitor's center. Probably since the trees grew up and hid it's distinctive roof, visitor's from the north could no longer find it. Oh well. |

| After riding through Lo Jolla the ride returned to Pacific Beach then headed to OB for lunch. Your reporter peeled off and headed back to the start. |
